- Residential/multifamily/commercial potential
3️⃣ Distressed Storage & Industrial
- Self-storage facilities
- Industrial properties
- Tax-delinquent properties
- Retiring owners
- Absentee/motivated sellers
- Under-managed or distressed properties
👨💻 Candidate Requirements
✅ Proven U.S. Commercial Real Estate experience
✅ Experience with real estate lead generation/research
✅ Understanding of multifamily, industrial, storage & development properties
✅ Ability to identify motivated and distressed sellers
✅ Strong online research and data verification skills
✅ Excellent English communication
✅ High attention to detail
✅ Able to independently qualify leads against specific investment criteria

📌 Trial Assignment
Shortlisted candidates will complete a trial research assignment. Your work will be evaluated based on lead quality, accuracy, research depth, and how closely opportunities match the client’s investment criteria.
