Virtual Assistants Pakistan has a policy of charging its clients prior to the service provision according to the pricing plan opted by the clients

The circumstances under which a refund is or not permissible:

1. It is to be noted, there shall be no refund for the amount that is paid for the trail service.
2. Despite the fixation of a timeframe for a service delivery, if our virtual assistants remain unsuccessful in delivering the contracted service owing to any reason, under our power, then you will fall into a refund eligibility criterion.
3. In case the quality of our VA service performance doesn’t match the benchmark standards, you are encouraged to contact us for all your queries. On scrutinizing the whole scenario, we will satisfy you by making a refund.
4. If the client decides to revoke the service offered before its initiation he or she shall be subject to a refund as regards the cancellation policy.
5. Refunds are not permitted for the hours not used by the clients as agreed within a plan but only compensated for the rollovers.
6. We and our VAs’ shall not deemed to be liable or accountable for a refund to the clients if they provide delayed or inadequate information regarding a task, attempt to pose errors outside the VA’s work scope, or are incapable of coping with the specifications that are not under our control.
7. Refunds are granted via credit cards if it is linked to billing or discount errors. To be safe from a deceptive occasion, no alternative means of payment is used for the refunds and the amount is transferred to the same card used for the payment. For example, payment made via Master card will get a refund back via the same Master card and not through the other card.
8. You may have to some transaction fees for the credit card refund subject to the involvement of the banking institution. These charges are not under our control and we cannot calculate the exact amount. We are also uncertain about the timeframe till when you receive the payment via your credit card as the timeline differs from bank to bank or from card to card. We are only responsible for transacting a refund amount for you according to the settled terms.

Non-Refundable Services

• It is to notify you that while performing a task some services may include third-party expenditures i.e., marketing costs or subscription fees for software. These costs have no connection with our service and are non-refundable.
• Virtual Assistants Pakistan will not extend any refund for the project that is completed by our VAs following the set criterion, unless or otherwise there exists a situation that is deemed as an exception by our VA team.
